Arrival & Departure

Arrival is from 3pm onwards. The property must be vacated by 10am on departure day, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation

• 50% of your total holiday amount will be charged if you cancel or make changes more than 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
• 100% of your total holiday amount will be charged if you cancel or make changes within 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival or are a No Show.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel and cancellation insurance.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome. Owners must not allow pets on furniture or beds, and pets should not be left unattended inside the lodge.

Smoking Policy

All of our properties are strictly non-smoking.

Damage or Breakages

• Any damage to the property or breakages must be reported immediately.
• Guests are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.
• Visitors are asked to leave the lodge in a clean and tidy condition.

Personal Injury or Loss

We cannot accept liability for any injury, death, or loss/damage to property during your stay.

Safety

• Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.
• Electric fences surround the fishing lakes – please keep clear.
• Do not enter any fields containing livestock or machinery.
